Badam pisin is obtained from an almond tree. Also, know as almond gum. It has multiple health benefits. It's ideal to have badam pisin on summers and winters due to its cooling properties. When consumed in summer, it acts as a natural, effective body coolant. It helps to maintain the body temperature during scorching summer. During the winter season, this edible gum fulfils the requirement related to the nourishment of the body, mainly protein. Badam pisin is mainly mixed with sharbat to keep summer prone diseases at bay. You can enjoy this with your family, friends and guests. So now on a hot summer day if you love to have badam pisin with your sharbat but unfortunately you forgot to soak it overnight orelse if you have guests at doorsteps and you have a thought to relish them with badam pisin rose sharbat. How you gonna soak badam pisin within lesser time????? I have a solution this would give you the same result as soaking badam pisin overnight.

TO SOAK ➡️ USE MIXER IN PULSE MODE

Take required quantity of badam pisin in a mixer and give it a pulse. Handle the mixer carefully while pulsing badam pisin. Let it be a coarse mixture and should not be a fine powder. Now grab a bowl add the coarse badam pisin mixture and required quantity of water to soak. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes. Tada!!! Your badam pisin is ready to enjoy with sharbat of your choice.
